The BYO quick pizza trend is moving at brisk pace in San Antonio so it's sometimes hard to distinguish them. 1000 Degrees has been my favorite thus far as flavor goes. But they get extra points for service. Every time I've gone, the staff has been exceptional and remembers me on repeat visits. Their pizza is build your own with both a small and large option. They also have gluten free crusts available and a good unique batch of toppings. Go to unique toppings for me are meatball, artichokes, and sundried tomatoes. If you are a repeat customer and sign in at the pinpad at the counter, you can collect points for rewards on repeat visits and they've also sent me some incredible coupons. If drinking is your thing, they have a few beers and wine on tap as well as some bottled beers. This includes local craft beer offerings like freetail. It's also conveniently located next to Big Hops, as a bonus.

What a fantastic pizza place! I love the name too! Such a friendly place to go and beautiful and the patio is just so relaxing. We were passing through San Antonio and found this little gem. Make sure use Google and don’t miss it!

I would recommend 1000 degrees pizzeria. The pizza was amazing and u can build yr own pizza. My family loved liked the structure and hospitality. Defentaily coming back love this place
